Say the difficult thing
If a project is off track, if a request is a bad idea, if the honest estimate is higher than you hoped — you hear it from us early, not at the end.
About Technoviaa
Founded in 2014, owner-operated ever since, and still shipping every fortnight. No subcontracting, no account managers between you and the engineers, no incentive to make projects last longer than they should.

Our story
Technoviaa started because three engineers kept being handed the same project: rescuing software that a large consultancy had sold beautifully and delivered badly. The pattern was always the same — senior people in the pitch, junior people on the work, and a contract structured so that going slowly was more profitable than going well.
We built the opposite. Fixed-fee discovery so scope is understood before anyone commits. Squads staffed with the people you actually met. Contracts you can leave with one month's notice, because a client who stays out of obligation is a client we have failed.
Twelve years later that model has taken us to 140 people across four regions, with client retention at 96% and a policy we have never broken: if a project is off track, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
What we will always tell you
Where we work
Our values
These are not posters in a corridor. Each one has cost us money at least once, which is how you know they are real.
If a project is off track, if a request is a bad idea, if the honest estimate is higher than you hoped — you hear it from us early, not at the end.
Shipping is not the finish line. We are accountable for whether the thing we built produced the result it was supposed to produce.
Every system we touch should be easier for the next person to understand, whether that person works for you or for us.
Code review, pairing and mentorship are how quality scales past individual talent. Nobody here ships alone.
Security, privacy and accessibility are not features to be traded away under deadline pressure. They are the baseline.
Our success is measured by how well your team runs the system after we leave, not by how long you need us.
Milestones
We have turned down growth that would have required subcontracting. This is what the alternative looks like.
Three engineers, one client and a conviction that consultancy could be done without the theatre.
A logistics platform for a listed carrier took the team from six people to twenty-two in eighteen months.
EMEA client services established, and our first UK public-sector accessibility work begins.
We rebuilt how we work around asynchronous delivery, and never went back to mandated office attendance.
A dedicated platform engineering group forms after a year of migration work outgrew the delivery teams.
APAC and North American presence established, taking us to clients in eighteen countries.
Applied AI becomes its own discipline, with evaluation-first methodology from the first engagement.
Still no subcontracting, still owner-operated, and still shipping every fortnight.
Leadership
Not a stock-photo executive team. These are practitioners who still review code, run workshops and join your calls.
Founder & CEO
Founded Technoviaa in 2014 after a decade building trading systems. Still reviews every discovery report personally.
Principal Architect
Leads architecture across regulated engagements. Wrote the API design standard our clients now adopt internally.
Director of Platform Engineering
Builds developer platforms teams actually adopt. Believes most Kubernetes clusters should not exist.
Head of AI
Applied ML researcher turned engineer. Insists on an evaluation set before a single line of pipeline code.
Design Director
Leads a design practice embedded inside engineering squads. Accessibility advocate and reluctant Figma maximalist.
Principal Engineer
Ten years on high-volume systems. Owns our performance and quality standards across every delivery team.
VP Delivery
Runs delivery across four regions. Has never once described a project as "green" when it was not.
Head of Client Partnerships
Joined from a client engagement he ran for two years. Knows what it is like on the other side of the table.
Governance
Enterprise procurement asks hard questions. We keep the evidence current so your security review does not become the critical path.
Audit reports and penetration test summaries are available under NDA on request.
